[Music Review] Chukkysmiles – Na Yu, Review by SIR A-ONE

Emmanuel Chukwuma Onyeabor well known by his stage name, Chukkysmiles is out with his latest hit track titled ‘Na Yu‘. The track was mixed by Netben. A name that has been mixing good tracks for C to the K.

Na Yu I want
Na Yu I need
Mommy look into me eyes
A blend of Jamaican English or Rastafarian vocabulary is evidenced in this track.
Jamaican Patois, known locally as
Patois (Patwa or Patwah) is an infusion by artistes world wide to pass on their message(s).
Over the years, artistes like Patoranking, Cynthia Monga etc have been known to use patwa language in their musical rendition. And Chukkysmiles have done something similar with this blend.

Versatility is the hallmark of Chukkysmiles in all his tracks.

The track is a dancehall track that cherished the girl in question.
“Mommy look into me eyes
Baby look into me eyes”
The attention of the invisible lover is drawn to the love that is being caged in the artiste.
He made the lady realized that the love will not be shared with anyone, but between both of them.
This is a track for the girl you love. A track for that precious friend of yours. A track for every lover of good music.
