Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa to welcome the PDP National Chairman, Chief Prince Uche Secondus to Delta State on the occasion of Chief James Onanefe Ibori’s Welcome Home Thanksgiving ceremony organized by the Foundation of Chief John Oguma (the Udu of Olomu Kingdom) at his country home in Ovwor Olomu, Delta State.
