Forum Embarks On Community Social Responsibility In Abraka

The members of Management Forum today 15/07/2017 embarked on its community social responsibility by carrying out a comprehensive environmental sanitation at the Small and Main Markets in Abraka, Delta State. The cleaning up exercise was parts of the club’s monthly social cooperate responsible to the community.

The exercise was led by its chairman, Mr. Jefferson Oruoghorie, Steven Itietie (Public Relations Officer), Regent Omouvie Ogboru and Umukoro Earlyson as project coordinators.

The forum erected two sign boards in the marketplace reading, “Abraka Main Market, Keep Clean” to encourage traders to imbibe the culture of cleanliness and “Slowdown, T-Junction Ahead to warn reckless drivers from over speeding in the marketplace.

A trader identified as Karo Umukoro commended the club for the selfless service, describing it as a good character worthy of emulation.

The exercise also witnessed a massive repair of the failed portion of the University community (Abraka) roads.
